Our freestanding Christian Louboutin boutiques will exchange or refund your product within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, nor altered while accompanied by the receipt, original shoe box, and dust bags. Our boutiques reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Items that are not eligible for return or exchange are Special Orders, discounted & sale products, and products worn, damaged or used. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when the purchase was made with a credit card or PayPal; kindly note, Christian Louboutin does not offer cash refunds.
An online order processed in the US can be returned or exchanged in a freestanding Christian Louboutin US boutique; the same terms apply, that it must be unworn.
Our red soles are very delicate, and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged. The red sole must be in perfect condition. To avoid a denied return or fee, kindly use a clean, flat, carpeted surface while trying on our shoes.

If you received a gift certificate from Christian Louboutin or have an existing credit, it expires 3 years after issuing date.
