This section provides the terms and conditions under which the Company accepts returns (the “Return Policy”) and exchanges (the “Exchange Policy”) of Products purchased on the Site. As an initial matter, please note that Products purchased on the Site cannot be returned or exchanged at any of the Christian Louboutin retail boutiques.

Further, any item listed as “Final Sale” (or similar) on the Site cannot be returned and is therefore, excluded from our Return Policy and Exchange Policy. For avoidance of doubt, any services purchased through the Site are excluded from the Return Policy and Exchange Policy. Finally, please note the special requirements applicable to returns and exchanges of Beauty Products (defined below) set forth in Section 4. All personalized products are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for your Christian Louboutin Product that has been personalized.

For Site purchases, the Company will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e., your return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of your order), subject to your compliance with all requirements of this Return Policy. Products must be received in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or a printed version of your order confirmation email. For footwear Products, the return must include the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags.

We strongly advise all customers to check the Products thoroughly upon delivery and before removing any tags (including the clear adhesive sole tag, if applicable) and before disposing of any original packaging. For any discrepancies with your order, please contact us immediately at the contact information provided in these Terms of Sale.

All shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Our red soles are very delicate, and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged in any manner. To reiterate, the red sole must be in perfect condition for a return to be accepted. Returning shoes with soles that appear damaged may result in a refurbishment fee or the return may be refused, in our sole discretion. We thank you for your understanding.

Upon receipt of the returned Product, the Company will examine the Product for compliance with this Return Policy. The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this Return Policy, and you agree that all such decisions will be made by the Company in its sole discretion. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

 3.2. Return Instructions

 Instructions for returning Products are as follows (they are also included with each shipment):

  • Log into your account or search for your purchase within the ‘Returns’ section on the website.
  • Select the items you wish to return and follow the prompts to complete your request.
  • Once confirmed, you may email or print your prepaid UPS return label for shipment. This must be initiated within the 30-day window.
  • Include the original receipt. Alternatively, you may print and include your order confirmation email.
  • For footwear Products, ensure that the clear adhesive sole tags are attached and include the original shoe box, dust bag, and heel taps. For other Products, ensure that all aspects of the Product are included and that all tags are attached. Products shall be returned with all related accessories included when the customer opened the parcel.
  • Do not use the Christian Louboutin shoe box as a shipping box. Please place in an appropriate shipping box and affix our prepaid return label.
  • Keep a record of your tracking number.
  • Drop off your package at a staffed UPS store and collect a receipt for your records (for your closest location please visit www.ups.com). Do not use a drop box location.

The Company will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged during shipment. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

3.3. Refunds and Processing Time

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. If your return is accepted, a credit in the amount of your original purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The credit will typically be posted to your account within ten (10) business days from our receipt of the returned products, although the timing can vary for various reasons, and we shall have no liability for any such delays. For example, depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.

 3.4 Exchanges

For Site purchases, the Company will accept exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e., your return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of your order), subject to your compliance with all requirements of our Exchange Policy. Unless stated otherwise in this Section 3.4, all terms and conditions applicable to returns in Section 3.1 apply to exchanges as well. Please note we cannot process exchanges for Products purchased via PayPal.

Our Exchange Policy is limited to one-time direct exchanges. A direct exchange is an exchange for a different size of the same Product, or for another Product of the exact same value. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of processing. We will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied, but we cannot make any guarantees in that regard. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a credit in the amount of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please follow all of the procedures and requirements in Section 3.2 to return the Product, except that you must indicate that you are requesting an exchange rather than a refund where prompted. Upon receipt of the Product, the Company will examine the Product for compliance with this Exchange Policy. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and the exchange will not be processed. If your exchange is accepted, the replacement item that you requested will be shipped to you. We offer free ground shipping for the replacement Product. Alternatively, in lieu of an exchange you may submit a new order for the Product that you would like and submit the purchased Product as a return. If the return is accepted, your original purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the right size, style, or color is not available online, please contact us for further assistance.

For online purchases, Christian Louboutin will accept merchandise in its original condition for an exchange when accompanied by the original receipt. Returned merchandise must include the original shoe box, dust bag, and heel taps, and must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 30 days from receipt of your order).

Please follow all of the procedures and requirements above to return your merchandise to our facility. We can facilitate a one-time direct exchange on an order upon request. A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact same value. All personalized products are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for your Christian Louboutin product that has been personalized.

4.1. Shipping

All orders for Christian Louboutin Beauté Products (“Beauty Products”) totaling $100.00 or less will be shipped via UPS SurePost, unless an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout. SurePost does not require a signature upon delivery and is delivered to you via USPS. Any orders exceeding $100.00 will be shipped via UPS ground with a signature required, as per our standard policy. If a fragrance is in your order, it will automatically be shipped UPS ground due to shipment restrictions and guidelines. All purchases will have tracking information sent via email once the order is processed for shipment.

 

4.2. Return Policy

For Site purchases, the Company will accept returns and exchanges of Beauty Products subject to the Return Policy and Exchange Policy set forth in Section 3, provided, however, that Beauty Products must be (i) completely unused, (ii) returned in their original packaging, and (iii) shipped back in their original delivery box. Otherwise, you may follow the instructions for returns and exchanges provided in Section 3.

For security reasons, Christian Louboutin online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. All purchases are shipped via UPS. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through UPS. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders, hotel locations, or any establishments at our discretion that may pose a risk to the security of the package. Christian Louboutin cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

All orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Effective July 1st. 2022, Colorado has enforced a state-imposed delivery fee of $0.27 on all deliveries by a motor vehicle to any address in the state.

All orders are subject to review and Christian Louboutin reserves the right to request additional identification information and to ship the order to the billing address. The billing information provided must be able to be verified and must match what your bank has on file. Please ensure the card holder is available to confirm the order details. When you place an order on our website, we will only charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but will be authorized for $0.00 or $1.00 for verification purposes. Order processing time begins as soon as the order is submitted, but may take up to 24-48 business hours should we need to reach out for additional verification.

The aforementioned processing does not apply when placing a pre-order as your card details are stored for the specific order being placed, so payment can be collected once the allocated stock is enabled and ready to ship. When placing a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and consent to this.

A signature is required for all orders exceeding $100.00. Should you miss your delivery, a Will Call can be set up at a local facility where you can pick up your package at a more convenient time.

Please note that the pick-up location is predetermined by the shipping address zip code and the package will only be held for 5 business days. UPS requires a government issued photo ID that matches the name on the package. We cannot select a location for you!

To ensure the security of your delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers. However, we will provide a link for you to track the progress of your package in your shipment confirmation email. An email confirmation is automatically emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

For security reasons, we cannot reroute your package to a new address after it has been shipped. Should you not be available to sign for your package, we can arrange a Will Call at your local UPS facility on your behalf. Only a representative of the Company has the authority to arrange a will call pick-up for you. Please contact us if this is needed.

If you wish to place an order on

the Site, you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order, including information about your method of payment (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. Reference to any Product on the Site does not guarantee that it will always be available or that it will be available in your particular location. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on the Site, can sell out of certain styles. 9.1. Pre-Orders

When you pre-order a product, please note that product arrival dates are estimates and are not guaranteed due to varying production and shipment time frames. We will inform you if for any reason your order fulfillment is delayed or cannot be completed. Please note that your credit card will be charged in full only once your order is shipped to you; however, a $0.00 or $1.00 authorization may be held on your credit card until that time.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (unless Saturday Delivery is your chosen shipping method).

To place an order, you must create an account on the Site. Please refer to the Terms of Use for more information on the account creation process and your responsibilities with respect to your account.

Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the Product you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours, we will treat the order as cancelled.

14.1. Important Sales Tax Information for Colorado Customers

Christian Louboutin is not obligated to, and does not, charge for Colorado sales tax. Your purchase is subject to Colorado sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Please be advised that the red soles of our shoes will become worn. Do not worry as this is not a defect of the shoe and is expected to happen from use.

We strongly recommend consulting a leather care professional or cobbler for specific advice and maintenance.

General care for all leathers:

  • Keep leather surface clean and dry using a dry, soft cloth.
  • Always store your footwear away from light and heat.
  • Protect leather goods from rain and humidity.
  • When not in use, store your Prodct in the Christian Louboutin dust bag provided.
