After application Oeil Velour Eye Definer can be smudged to transform sharp lines into a softly diffused look. All-day wear with no transfer.
1. Start from the middle of the eye and follow the natural shape of your eyes
2. Then, use the tip of the brush at the corner of the eye and draw a line to the middle of the eye.
3. For a bold look, widen the line outwards.
