To organize the return of your order, we invite you to go to My Account page or contact us (/contact/) from Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM EST and Saturday 9AM to 5PM EST.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice, the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags.
